  1. I have experienced first-hand the quality of outreach that Keshet has performed, across many disciplines and to all of our diverse community.
I have witnessed first-had the impact Keshet has had, inspiring and supporting everyone to pursue their dreams.
I know of no other organization that has created a culture so totally based on combining dedication to others with a contagious passion for the creative process.

  2. My children and I love this Dance Company. Keshet truly inspires everyone to find their inner dancer regardless of there skill or ability level. We are so blessed to have found this great place to express ourselves and learn from others!

  3. This is an amazing arts community that supports ALL individuals who share in the love of dance and the arts.

When my three year old son became fascinated with dance, he wanted to take ballet, but also wanted to wear a tutu. I searched the Albuquerque community for a studio that would allow a boy to wear a tutu, and all the dance studios we approached would not let him, except for Keshet. In fact, it was a non-issue for Keshet and he was whole-heartedly accepted – without question. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated this as a parent, and my son was so happy to express himself as he wished in a welcoming and non-judge mental space.

Years later, my daughter was smitten by the Nutcracker on the Rocks performance through friends and has now enjoyed her first year dancing with Keshet.

The Keshet Center for the Arts deserves this award. Thank you!

    • I agree with Alexa and we are so grateful that our daughter has a place to create, and express herself through movement. Thank you Shira for being such an incredible visionary for Hope and Acceptance.
